We loved the apartment, all agreed we could live in it. Jordi the owner was lovely and very helpful. We were 5 sisters away for the weekend and when he realised this he got us 5 beautiful red roses. The location was excellent. We had a late night before we left and a very early start resulting in us leaving some items behind which Jordi has kindly offered to return by post to us. We had a lovely weekend in Barcelona and would return to this apartment again and we would highly recommend it.

The apartment was prepared to a high standard at very short notice. The location and facilities were perfect - the apartment was so quiet yet so central. For the price, this place is great value for money, and the owner, Jordi, gave us a very warm and informative welcome. He even left flowers attached to the apartment door one night which made my wife very happy (thanks Jordi!). The next time we go to Barcelona, I will be making a repeat booking.

Sehr grosszügiges Apartement, exzellente Lage, sehr zuvorkommender Verwalter / Besitzer, Sanitäre Anlagen und Küche könnte etwas moderner sein. WLAN wäre super, wurde aber angegeben , dass keines vorhanden ist. Alles in allem sehr positiv und absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Charming apartment, nicely furnished. Centrally located to touring Barcelona. Great view of the Arc de Trionf, wonderful terraces to sit out on!

The kitchen/bathrooms could have been cleaner

This is our 7th year in Barcelona and this is by far the best location and apartment we have stayed in. Senior Jordi the landlord who lives across the hall couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous, considerate and thoughtful.

Wonderful place to be!We had a very happy and memorable four-month stay in this spacious, welcoming apartment just a block from the arch of Triumph, and steps from Ciutadella Park and El Born. The location cannot be beat for access to all that Barcelona has to offer and is just one block from the arc del Triunf station from which it is easy to get to the airport or to the main train station. Many bus lines stop within one block so that you can travel all around the city, including the beach. The apartment itself is very large and extends from the front to the back of a 19th Century modernist building in the impressive Eixample Derecha and has plenty of sun and a sweet breeze flowing through. The apartment has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one very large), an eat-in kitchen, and a lovely living room that includes a large table. There is also a room for storing suitcases and linens. Several of the rooms have exquisite plasterwork on the ceilings and artistically arranged tile floors that evoke 19th Century Barcelona. There are balconies off the front and the back of the apartment. From the front balcony, which overlooks boulevard-style Passeig Sant Joan, you have a breathtaking view of the monumental arch and Ciutadella park beyond. The main bedrooms at the back are comfortable and very quiet. The landlord lives just across the hall and was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. He made us feel very welcome in Barcelona. We will definitely return to this incredible apartment!
