Description

This 2-bedroom apartment is located just a few steps from Port Olímpic. With WiFi connection, air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, it is the perfect place to enjoy a stay close to the sea and the city of Barcelona.

The open-plan living-dining room features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table. From the living area you will have access to the private terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant sea views while taking advantage of the good weather.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, in addition to a table with chairs. You will also have a washing machine and an iron for added convenience.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with enough storage space to store all your belongings. The first bedroom has two single beds pushed together, which can function as a double bed. The second bedroom has two separate single beds, one of them a trundle bed, meaning another bed can be pulled out from underneath.

There is also 1 full bathroom with a shower and WC.

Being located near Port Olímpic, you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the beach while making the most of Barcelona’s great weather. You will also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cafés. In addition, thanks to the excellent public transportation connections, you can explore the rest of the city with total ease.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

It maintains the grid pattern of L´Eixample, in keeping with Illdefons Cerdà´s plan for the city´s development.
