Apartment steps from the Paseo Marítimo with a wonderful sea view
This is a cozy and bright beachside apartment in Barcelona, located in La Barceloneta, just minutes from the beach. It has a lovely view of the Mediterranean sea from the balcony and is surrounded by cafés and restaurants.Decorated in cheerful colors throughout, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with a single bed, accommodating up to four guests, when including the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.The living room is bright, with a TV and access to a balcony. It also has a lovely wooden dining table where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals.The apartment has one bathroom, decorated in a modern style, and offers a walk-in shower. All linen and towels will be provided for your stay.The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need for your stay in Barcelona (although there is no main oven).The apartment also includes an Internet connection so you can stay in touch with friends and family at home.This apartment is a great choice for your trip to the Catalan capital, any time of the year!Please note: There is no elevator in this building.Metro station: Barceloneta (L4). Apartment in a perfect place for us close to beach. Great communication with owner
Perfect location with sea view. Good secure door locks. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Adequate facilities. Free wifi.
Minor things - would have been good to have adjustable height on shower with mat to step down to. Doors are very squeaky could do with a bit of oil! Sofa bed not very comfortable. Plug or washing up bowl missing. A Quiet Please notice in differing languages may help to keep noise down in stairway as this was a problem for my daughter sleeping in room next to it.
We stayed here on the 3rd of May 2013 for two nights, the location is beautiful with views of the sea. Location was perfect as we wanted to experience the night life and there are five clubs only 10mins along the beach. Thanks Jessie for your help.
Check out time is slightly too early, after our last night out we only manage 3 hours sleep before we had to check out at 11am.

Sofa fällt fast auseinander, wäre toll, wenn das erneuert wird. Wasserkocher konnte nicht benutzt werden, flog jedesmal Sicherung raus.

It was a great apartment with great location for a great price.
Only issue is wish we had a second set of keys as we were 3 of us and were in and out at different times.
Apartment was well located and had everything we needed.
Problem using kettle.
Very accommodating. We arrived early & they were able to work with us. Also, we spoke little Spanish but were able to communicate everything ok.
Need a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo & soap.
Die Lage war toll! Es war auch alles vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt.
Sehr enges Treppenhaus. Im Bad konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Zudem waren 2 Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühmorgens wurden Getränke geliefert bei der Bar im Nachbarhaus. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken!
