This spacious three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona is the ideal choice for your trip to the Catalan capital. Located in Eixample, guests will find themselves in the center of the modernist movement, where some of Gaudí´s most famous works can be seen. If you prefer, this neighborhood is also home to Passeig de Gràcia, where high fashion stores line the streets. Access to the many bars, cafés and restaurants that can be found in this area will leave guests with many ways to spend the day. This apartment is ideal for couples of families and can accommodate up to eight people.The living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV, as well as a dining table allows guests to relax after a day of sightseeing. It also allows guests access to a balcony where a view of the Arc de Triomf awaits.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare your own home-cooked meal.The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second and third room has two single beds (which can easily be made into a double). The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower and the other with a walk-in shower. Lovely spacious apartment full of character and in an ideal location. Owner very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
We loved the apartment, all agreed we could live in it. Jordi the owner was lovely and very helpful. We were 5 sisters away for the weekend and when he realised this he got us 5 beautiful red roses. The location was excellent. We had a late night before we left and a very early start resulting in us leaving some items behind which Jordi has kindly offered to return by post to us. We had a lovely weekend in Barcelona and would return to this apartment again and we would highly recommend it.
The apartment was prepared to a high standard at very short notice. The location and facilities were perfect - the apartment was so quiet yet so central. For the price, this place is great value for money, and the owner, Jordi, gave us a very warm and informative welcome. He even left flowers attached to the apartment door one night which made my wife very happy (thanks Jordi!). The next time we go to Barcelona, I will be making a repeat booking.
