The local area is surrounded by boutiques, trendy cafés, traditional bakeries and authentic restaurants. In addition to this, there are numerous bus stops near the apartment that will allow you to be well connected with the rest of the city.

Historically, the district was divided into three independent towns, which were finally annexed to Barcelona at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
