This bright two bedroom apartment has space for up to 3 people. Within walking distance from the Sagrada Familia, this apartment is a great place to stay in Barcelona. It offers you all the commodities needed for a memorable stay in Barcelona, as well as WiFi and air conditioning to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here. The apartment has lots of natural light and feels very cosy.

The open living diner and kitchen is laid out in a long room, the whole space has a bright appearance, thanks to its yellow walls and features. This living space is made up of a sofa, TV and dining table, giving you a lovely social space for mealtime.

Next to this space is the compact and fully equipped kitchen. This has white units and gives this apartment a lifted appearance. The kitchen provides you with a oven, toaster and kettle, to ensure you can make breakfasts or some Spanish inspired dishes in equal measure.

There is one main double bedroom and one single bedroom. The second has its own balcony for you and your guests to sit out and enjoy a meal. Both bedrooms offer comfortable and well-lit spaces to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. In addition to this, there is one complete bathroom that will give you and your guests a private space, and has a bathtub.

The location of this apartment is situated in the quiet and residential area of Sant Pau. You are a 5 minute walk from the original Estrella factory, making for a great daytrip. To top that, just a 13 minute walk away is Gaudi’s masterpiece of the Sagrada Familia; arguably the most famous building in the city. Lastly, the Glòries shopping centre is only a 18 minute walk away and is ideal for shopping needs.

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of ´Modernisme´ architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí´s unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood´s convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
