Cozy apartment with balcony located in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi neighborhood, one of the quietest districts of Barcelona, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center. With WiFi connection available, air conditioning and central heating, this accommodation is the perfect place for a relaxing stay for months in the city.

The apartment features a nice open-plan living room equipped with a sofa, as well as a TV for you to enjoy your favorite programmes. This space has natural light thanks to the balcony, giving the apartment a bright feel.

For cooking in the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, such as a microwave, oven and coffee maker.

The living room is connected to the sleeping area. Here you will find a double bed, enough storage space and a desk to work at. There is also a bathroom equipped with WC and shower.

Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is a quiet and exclusive area of Barcelona, with many parks and green spaces around. From here you will also be close to some of Barcelona´s emblematic places, such as the Pedralbes Monastery, a 15-minute walk away, or the Camp Nou Stadium, 20 minutes away by metro. You can also reach Plaza Catalunya in just half an hour by public transport, so you will have easy access to the rest of Barcelona and its surroundings.

Pedralbes is an exclusive and upscale neighbourhood. It offers a quiet escape from the bustling Barcelona city centre and is home to many of Barcelona´s schools and universities, as well as some lovely boutiques and authentic restaurants.

The town is rich with history and perhaps one of the most notable fixtures in this neighbourhood is the 14th century Monastery of Pedralbes, known to be one of the largest Gothic cloisters in the world. On the opposite side of the spectrum, Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona, is also in close proximity, in the adjoining district of Les Corts.

With a mix of modern and historical sites at your fingertips, this lovely area is a fantastic choice of location for your apartment in Barcelona.
