The Apartment has been recently renovated and decorated in November 2019 and offers all the commodities necessary to make your stay in Barcelona perfect. It is ideal for families or groups as it offers four double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, furthermore, a recently renovated kitchen and a large living room that is spacious and bright.

The kitchen is joined to the living room so that you can share the space with your family or friends. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, hob, smoke extractor, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, in addition to all the usual kitchen utensils you will need during your stay. The apartment is checked regularly, so that everything is in perfect condition and you find everything easily. If you have any queries just contact us at AB and we will get it sorted.

Thanks to the central location of the apartment, you will find all kinds of services nearby- Supermarket, bars and restaurants, among other things. In addition, the metro is a two-minute walk away (Rocafort L1) and very close to Sants station should you need to catch a coach or train.

Parking is provided within 5 minutes walking of the accommodation, with fixed prices of € 12 / day or € 60 / week. This ensures that you can have the freedom to travel in and around the city at your own leisure and have the peace of mind that your vehicle is safely stored.

The accommodation is in a residential area and it is strictly forbidden to hold parties and disturb the neighbours. To avoid this, the apartment has a noise-measuring device, so if it exceeds 50 dB the intervention of a concierge whose cost will be borne by the guest (€ 150).

Extra Charges:

According to local legislation, a tourist fee must be paid during check-in: € 2.48 per person and night (up to a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 17 years exempt.

Late check-in and early check-out: € 50 for tickets after 20:00 // € 70 for tickets after 24:00 and departures before 08:00.

General information:

To collect the keys of the apartment at check-in, call us about 20 minutes before to have time to arrive at the apartment and welcome you. We will send you an email with all the information so that you always have it at to hand.

Paper photocopies of the identity documents (ID or Passport) of all the people staying and a copy of the reservation must be brought.

If you travel with a baby or toddler we can provide a cot and high chair. Please advise us before traveling so we can confirm availability.

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
