We stayed in Barcelona just before Easter, (with 2 children, aged 9 and 13) We could not praise ApartmentBarcelona enough. The Apartment was fantastic, the service we received was faultless. The apartment was clean and everything as described. We also won a restaurant voucher through the prize draw and we had the most amazing meal at a beautiful little place near the cathedral. So thank you ApartmentBarcelona!! Barcelona is a great city and an apartment is a brill way to be in the centre without paying a fortune and giving you the flexibility of eating in or out. We are very grateful to AB Apartment Barcelona for the superb sailing excursion in Barcelona. We enjoyed very good weather and beautiful blue sky on that day. We had friendly and knowledgeable skippers in Viktor and Freddie. The sailing excursion went smoothly without a hitch, nothing to complain about. Our 2 years old daughter as well as us enjoyed the excursion tremendously. Our mother had a little sea sickness, but she brought some dried ginger with her and she managed her sea sickness very well. It will be a beautiful memory to keep, for our holiday in Barcelona.

On board in Barcelona - We were welcomed aboard the boat by Victor who showed us around all the facilities before we set sail. We set sail from Port Olímpic and got to look at the most amazing sailing boats and exclusive yachts in the harbour. There was us and another family on the board. The atmosphere was surreal as soon as we left the dock and we could see the golden fish sculpture shining under the sunshine, as it changed colour at different angles the further we moved out to sea. The skipper asked who wanted to get involved and help with the rope and raising the masts. My son helped out as did a young boy from the other family. We were allowed to move freely on deck and even move up to sit at the helm of the boat.

We all thought the flamenco show was excellent! It was a welcome addition to our holiday and we would never have experienced that aspect of Barcelona if we hadn't have won the tickets. My auntie loved it so much she even gave a standing ovation. The Palau de la Música is beautiful too.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Flamenco show was fabulous - as a mixture of opera and flamenco it worked very well and was better in my opinion than plain vanilla flamenco. Also the setting was really stunning.

Vielen Dank nochmals für die Karten. Ich hätte mich total im Tag geirrt und wir sind dann erst am Mittwoch, also einen Tag später dort gewesen, kamen aber doch netterweise ins Casa Batlló. Es war sehr schön, der Audioguide sehr interessant gestaltet und Alle waren sehr nett. Also eine rundum äußerst schöne Tour und ein gelungenes Geschenk.

Yes we went to the show and very much enjoyed the whole experience. It was a very dynamic and colourful event with an appreciative audience in a beautiful theatre. The seats we were given had a very good view of the dancers but what we didn’t expect was the variety of music in the show. Whilst we had heard some flamenco music before we were impressed by the haunting singing and could see the Arabic influences quite clearly. Estuvo muy bien la visita, el lugar es espectacular y seguramente seguirá creciendo en los próximos años ya que hay pabellones en obra que todavía no son visitados, el conjunto tiene un potencial enorme.
