This beautiful brand new apartment with a private terrace and communal pool is located in front of the sea and the beach, in the Port of Badalona. Badalona is a beautiful area North of Barcelona, located to the left of the Besòs river surrounded by the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, without noise and traffic, with everything you need to really feel at home. Which makes it the perfect place to a enjoy a longer stay near Barcelona, just 5 minutes by train.

The building was constructed in 2022. The apartment is designed in a contemporary modern style. The living room is bright and trendy in design and well lit by the large glass balcony doors out to the terrace. There is a comfy sofa for you to relax on after a day at work, or exploring the stunning city. There is also a large smart TV with satellite channels for you to enjoy your favourite movies.

The kitchen is connected to the living area, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, kettle and pots and pans. The kitchen is designed brightly alike the rest of the apartment to give it a clean feel. Besides the kitchen is a beautiful glass table for you to use during meal times.

There is also a train station only 11 minutes away on foot, where you can get to Barcelona in 5 minutes, or visit other areas such as Girona or the Costa Brava.
