Manque de prise compte des informations de l immeuble et proposition d un nouvel appartement non similaire insatisfaisant suite a des travaux de démolition dans l appartement juste a côté de celui là. Mais tjs mieux que celui dans lequel nous avons été déplaces !

Overall, we didn’t spend too much time in the apartment. It would have been helpful if we knew the apartment was on the 1st floor (via lift) or 3 flights of stairs as it took us walking up the stairs and checking each door. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some bottled still water in the apartment on arrival. Little welcome pack of tea and coffee was lovely.

Die Probleme an den Digital Key zu kommen haben zu nervigen Verlust an Zeit geführt (ca. 1 h). Dass es mit .de-Emails häufig zu Problemen führt, könnte man gerne proaktiv vorab kommunizieren. Nach dem Wasseraustritt im Badezimmer wäre ein Nachhaken bzw. Erscheinung eines Wartungsteam angebracht gewesen.
