Almost perfect. Only a few remarks. Making all communication, including AI help trough WhatsApp and having a last remarks that Security deposit clearance (if all ok) might take up to 15 days it means you have to send the request for the stay rate after the clearance.

Good, but we noted the following: The digital key didn't always work straight away, and we were often anxious about not being able to get in. TV was not smart TV with streaming apps. Terrible WiFi. No cafetiere for making coffee and no coffee pods for the coffee machine.
