I mostly have good things to say about AB when it comes to cleanliness effectiveness and quality, however one thing that I found complicated was the fact that our contract in small lines said that I was not allowed to get an empadronamiento. I think you should’ve been more clear in mind. You can tell that I’m of British nationality and that this would be necessary for such a long stay. I cannot pass on full blame for this as it was explicitly written in the contract however, it is easy to miss when being read. I feel like the help I got when I contacted AB about this matter was not satisfactory. I was disappointed when I went to the agency talked to the manager and was basically told politely that I need to figure it out myself. Maybe alternative solutions or contact with the owner could’ve been options that I would’ve appreciated. Especially bearing in mind the amount of money spent during hour seven month stay.

A positive experience. The apartment met expectations, and the service was professional and attentive. That said, there are two things that need improvement: 1) The bed in the single‑bed room was extremely squeaky. Every small movement caused loud noise, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I even woke up several times during the night just from turning over because of how noisy the bed was. 2) The soundproofing of the apartment was very poor. The windows should be replaced with proper soundproof ones. The current windows are so thin that at times it felt like they were open, as I could clearly hear all the noise from the street.
