This two-bedroom apartment is located in Barcelona’s El Born neighbourhood, just a few steps from Passeig del Born. The area is full of cafés, restaurants and shops, and Estació de França can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. For extra comfort, the apartment is equipped with WiFi connection and air conditioning.

The living room is a bright and comfortable space with a sofa, TV and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with an microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other essential utensils, as well as a dining table for enjoying meals at home.

There are two bedrooms, both featuring natural light. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with shower.

The El Born neighbourhood is one of the city’s most vibrant areas, known for its charming narrow streets, lively squares and cultural highlights such as the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar. The beach and city centre are within easy walking distance, and there are excellent public transport connections nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for commercial viewings coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.
