Making a reservation with AB Apartment Barcelona is as easy as 1-2-3!

Choose your apartment

Type in the dates for your arrival and departure in the search bar above, select the number of guests, and click ‘Go to Barcelona’. Our system will show you all of the apartments we have available matching your criteria. You can refine your search using the filters on the left.

Alternatively, you can search for an apartment by selecting a category from the menu at the bottom of the page, or search by name/reference number.

You will be able to see all the details of each apartment, including prices and photos, selecting whichever apartment.

Reserve your apartment

Once you have selected your apartment, click ‘Book now’ to begin the reservation process.

Check that the dates and number of people you have selected are correct, and then fill out the online booking form. In order to reserve your apartment, you will need to provide us with some personal details, such as your name, surname, phone number, country and email address.

If you have any special requirements such as a late check-in, please use the comments box to request these and we will try to accommodate your requests wherever possible. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information on late check-ins or how to check-in and check-out.

Payment

In order to confirm your reservation, you will be asked to make a prepayment online. Depending on the conditions of the apartment, the rest of the reservation should be paid when completing the online check-in. Details of how you may pay the remaining balance of your reservation will be provided in your confirmation email, which you will receive within a maximum of 24 hours after completing the booking process.

Please note: Your reservation will only be completed once we have received your prepayment and you have received the confirmation email. In case of cancellation, depending on the duration of the stay and the reserved apartment, the booking amount will be refunded. Restrictions are applied. Please, read our Cancellation policy for more information.

Online payment security: AB Apartment Barcelona is committed to protecting users' data to the maximum and does not have access to or cannot see at any time the credit card number that you make the booking payment with; this information is encrypted and will only be visible to the bank.
