The area is full of cafés, restaurants and boutique shops, while Estació de França is just a few minutes’ walk away. For your comfort, the apartment features Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year.

The living room offers a sofa, television and access to a balcony, creating a bright and cosy space to relax after exploring the city.

The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and essential utensils, as well as a dining table for enjoying meals at home.

There are two bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and modern finishes.

The Born district is one of Barcelona’s most vibrant areas, famous for its narrow streets, cultural landmarks such as Santa Maria del Mar and the Picasso Museum, and its proximity to both the beach and the Gothic Quarter. Excellent transport links make it easy to reach other parts of the city.

Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
