This two-bedroom apartment is located in Barcelona’s El Born neighbourhood, just a few steps from Passeig del Born. The area is filled with cafés, restaurants and shops, and Estació de França is within walking distance. The apartment also comes with WiFi connection and air conditioning for added comfort throughout the year.

The living room is a welcoming space with a sofa, TV and access to a balcony, allowing natural light to fill the room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the essential utensils. A dining table is also provided for enjoying meals at home.

There are two bedrooms: one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a complete bathroom with a shower. The El Born neighbourhood is one of the most vibrant parts of the city, known for its lively atmosphere, narrow streets and cultural landmarks such as the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar. The beach and city centre are within walking distance, and with excellent transport connections, you can easily explore the rest of Barcelona.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for commercial viewings coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.
