With Estació de França nearby and the beach only steps away, it’s an excellent location to enjoy the city. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and central heating for your comfort.

The living room features a sofa, TV and dining area, with direct access to a balcony overlooking the street, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and all essential utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

It offers two bedrooms, both with double beds and storage space, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.

The Born district is one of the most charming areas in Barcelona, known for its medieval streets, lively squares and cultural attractions. The beach, Gothic Quarter and Plaça Catalunya are all within walking distance, and public transport connections are excellent.
