This wonderful newly built apartment, completed in April 2022, is located in the Badalona Marina, within a quiet residential community with 24-hour security and concierge service. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available, it is the perfect place to enjoy a stay close to the sea and Barcelona city.

The open-plan living and dining area features a sofa and Smart TV, as well as a dining table. Next to this space you will find the fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. From the living room, you have access to the spacious 30m² private terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant sea views.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with ample storage space. The first has a double bed and the second two single beds, both bedrooms with TV. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. There is also one full bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.

The building offers 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults with disabled access and one for children, as well as a children’s playground. The apartment is located in Badalona Marina, just 200 metres from Platja de la Mora beach, with a variety of restaurants and cafés nearby. There is also a gym 300 metres from the apartment and a bus stop 5 minutes away on foot. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach Badalona city centre quickly. With the Rodalies train (R1) or bus (B7), you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it ideal for daily commuting.

The apartment includes a 12m² parking space with electric vehicle charging point. There is also the possibility to rent a 5.50m² storage room, subject to availability. The cost of both is additional to the rent.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for commercial viewings twice a month, coordinated by customer service and scheduled in advance with the tenant. Parking is available subject to availability and at an additional cost of €125 + VAT.

Staying in this zone, you will be perfectly connected to Barcelona by metro (L2) and train, reaching the center of the capital of Catalonia in just a few minutes. From here you can comfortably reach the most important places in Barcelona such as La Sagrada Familia, Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, among many others.
