This loft-style apartment is located in the iconic Barceloneta neighborhood, one of the most traditional areas of Barcelona, situated between Port Vell and the sea. Just 130 meters from the beach (a 2-minute walk), it allows you to easily enjoy seaside walks and the lively coastal atmosphere.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has been renovated while preserving original architectural elements such as exposed brick walls and a Catalan vaulted ceiling, both characteristic of the local traditional style.

The interior layout combines the living area and kitchen in a single open space, featuring a leather sofa, air conditioning in the living room, a glass dining table, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and utensils. The space is divided into two levels: a lower and an upper one, separated to provide greater comfort. The mezzanine hosts the sleeping area, while the lower floor offers a versatile space that can be used as a small office or study corner.

The full bathroom is spacious and functional, with a shower tray and light-toned finishes.

Thanks to its location, close to both the beach and the old town, this apartment is a practical option to enjoy Barcelona with everything you need close at hand.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be provided for scheduled commercial visits coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What´s more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
