This three-bedroom apartment with space for up to 4 people is found in the cosmopolitan area of Sant Martí. From WiFi, to air conditioning, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In the open plan living-diner, there is a sleek and modern feel, which is seen through the chic dining table and all-white walls, making the room bright and serene. Alongside the sofa and television, this space is perfect for unwinding after a long day in the city.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen to use for all your meal times. This apartment not only includes utensils and pots and pans, but also an electric mixer, a cafetière, a microwave, and an oven. Perfect for cooking a big meal together for the days you might want to sit in and relax. The cleaning up is also facilitated by the dishwasher, so you can spend your time enjoying your stay.

There is one double bedroom, complete with a large balcony of 10m2 that connects with the living room to admire your surroundings. There are two bedrooms with single beds. Additionally, there is an office space complete with a desk, for any work you need to catch up on. The bathroom is Uber-modern and complete with shower, and comes equipped with a hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet. All bed linen and towels are included also, meaning you can feel at home straight away.

Being located in Sant Martí offers a great spot to experience an area of Barcelona touched by both history and modernity. There is a large amount of outdoor space, complete with gyms and football pitches, perfect for letting off some steam. Due to its position slightly further out from the city centre, Sant Martí is the perfect place to go shopping without the crowds, with the Glòries mega mall a 20 minute walk away. If you hop on the L5 Metro, you can be at the Sagrada Familia in only 5 minutes!.

It maintains the grid pattern of L´Eixample, in keeping with Illdefons Cerdà´s plan for the city´s development. Sant Martí is the second most populated district in Barcelona, and has many local restaurants, bars, and shops along its streets.

In Sant Martí you will find District 22@, also known as Barcelona´s innovation district, an area which has recently undergone development and is now home to some of Barcelona´s main technological businesses, as well as universities, residential areas and green spaces. Other recent development projects in Sant Martí include the Fòrum and Diagonal Mar neighbourhoods.
