Description

This spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the city center is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and central heating, making it the perfect place to spend a few days in Barcelona.

The bright living-dining room features a sofa, TV, and dining table. Additionally, from this room, you will have access to the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the pleasant weather of the city.

As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, along with other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, all with TV and enough storage space for your belongings. Additionally, from the master bedroom, you will have access to the terrace. There are also two full bathrooms with shower and WC.

Security cameras are installed in the building.

Located in the city center, you will be just steps away from Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña, and the famous Passeig de Gràcia. You will also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as local shops. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can easily explore the rest of the city.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: For this apartment, ONLY reservations from families and/or people over 30 years old will be accepted. Additionally, the apartment has sound meters, so smoking inside the apartment and exceeding noise levels after 10:00 PM is not allowed to respect the neighbors´ rest. If any of these rules are violated, AB Apartment Barcelona will retain the deposit amount (if any).

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located in a central and quiet area, surrounded by residential buildings. Out of respect for the neighbors and to comply with the community regulations, we kindly ask that noisy disturbances be avoided after 10:00 PM. Parties and any disruptive behavior that causes disturbances are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a financial penalty and, if necessary, additional measures will be taken.

BEFORE BOOKING: we recommend visiting the apartment to fully appreciate it in person. The images have been taken with a wide-angle lens to better show the space, which may make it appear larger. The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not strictly reflect the current condition of the property. In mid-term rentals for holiday purposes, bed linen and towels are included. District

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
