This bright 3-bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available, it is the ideal place to stay in the city of Barcelona.

The open-plan living and dining area benefits from plenty of natural light and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table. From here, you will also have access to a small balcony, perfect for enjoying some time outdoors.

The kitchen is modern and in an American-style layout. It is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, along with other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a washer-dryer and iron for added convenience.

The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for your belongings. The main bedroom has a double bed. It also has access to a small study area, ideal for working. The other two bedrooms also offer space and natural light.

There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower and WC.

Being located close to Plaça Universitat, you will be just a short walk from Plaça Catalunya. You can also reach La Rambla, Barcelona’s most famous street, known for its lively atmosphere and wide range of restaurants and bars, as well as the Boqueria Market, which offers an incredible gastronomic experience. Within an 8-minute walk, you will find the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, perfect for a cultural day out. For shopping lovers, a 15-minute walk will take you to Passeig de Gràcia, home to many luxury shops. La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, designed by the renowned architect Antoni Gaudí, are also located nearby.

District

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
