This wonderful stylish three bedroom apartment is ideal for up to 5 guests. With WiFi, air conditioning and central heating, you and your guests will be able to live comfortably. Located in Eixample, this apartment is central, giving you many activities to do on your doorstep.

The living and dining room are connected to the kitchen in a large living space, that creates a very sociable and homely environment. Among other things, you will find a sofa, dining table and TV for you and your guests to enjoy after a day in the city. The contemporary furniture are complimented nicely with the traditional features of the tiled flooring- something that is commonly found in older buildings in Barcelona.

The complete kitchen has very stylish units that work well with the décor of this apartment. In addition to this, you will be able to use the oven, toaster and cafetiere to ensure you and your guests can prepare and make some great, Spanish inspired meals.

In this apartment, there are three bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom that has a double bed in a well-lit and spacious room. This bedroom has an ensuite that consists of a shower and toilet, as well as its own private study that is found next to the bedroom. Of the remaining two bedrooms, one has a double bed, and the other is a single bedroom. Both make for comfortable stays for your guests and are in the same decoration as the master bedroom. With bright spaces that have contemporary and traditional furnishings and details.

There are two bathrooms in this apartment. One is an ensuite, the other is a large main bathroom that has a walk-in shower, modern tiling and a wooden cabinet for storage.

Being located near Plaza Universitat, makes this apartment central and very well connected for getting around the city. You are a 11 minute walk away from La Rambla, Barcelona´s most famous street that offers an abundance of restaurants and bars. It is also where you will find the Boqueria Market which offers amazing food and drink that is typical of Barcelona, and 8 minute walk from the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, which serves as a great cultural daytrip. For shopping lovers, 15 minute walk away is the famous street of Passeig de Gràcia, that is home to numerous designer shops, as well as Gaudí´s La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, which serve as two of Barcelona´s most famous landmarks.

District

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
