You will find our cozy and charming apartment in the El Born neighborhood of Barcelona. This area is full of unique and trendy bars and restaurants, making it the perfect place for your stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home away from home during your holiday in Barcelona. This apartment was completely renovated in 2024.

The apartment features a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, as well as a TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The living room is well-lit thanks to the large windows facing the dining area, providing a bright and airy atmosphere. It also includes air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook whenever you like. It also includes a pleasant dining area with a table and chairs for your meals.

The bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and wardrobes for all your belongings. They are also well-lit and include ceiling fans and portable radiators to ensure a perfect temperature in any season. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower.

El Born is a very popular and trendy neighborhood in Barcelona. You will be just a 6-minute walk from the famous Arc de Triomf. You will also be only a 10-minute walk from Parc de la Ciutadella, where you can enjoy a large and pleasant green space for walking, having a picnic, or taking part in activities such as rowing a boat. You will be a 9-minute walk from Estació de França train station, allowing you to leave the city whenever you wish. This central location is perfect for those who want to explore as much of Barcelona as possible without needing to travel far.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: 

The building does not have a lift, so the apartment is only accessible via stairs.
Parties are strictly prohibited and you must respect the neighbors´ quiet hours, with no noise allowed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. In case of non-compliance with these rules, AB Apartment Barcelona may retain the security deposit.

The beautiful Born neighbourhood in Barcelona is characterised by its unique mix of historic sights, contemporary art and trendy styles, and is a must-visit on any trip to Barcelona. Situated just outside of the original city limits of El Barrio Gótico (or El Barrí Gòtic in Catalan), this town in the heart of Barcelona is home to some of the best attractions in the city.

The ´barrio´ takes its name from the Catalan word ´Born´ which means, among other things, a place where tournaments take place. The area is so called as this neighbourhood was once the site of medieval jousting competitions, and the Passeig del Born is where these events were once a regular fixture. Today, this street is known as the main avenue in the neighbourhood and is packed full of cool restaurants and bars.

The Born is well known for its picturesque alleys and intimate passageways dotted with hidden restaurants and one-of-a kind boutiques. The area is also home to plenty of amazing architectural gems such as the Santa María del Mar church, originally built as a beacon for sailors and fishermen in the medieval times.

A visit to the famous Picasso Museum is a must when strolling around El Born, where you will find a collection of over 4000 works housed in 5 spectacular palaces, built in the 12th and 13th centuries. Just a few steps from El Born, although actually in the Sant Pere neighbourhood, you can marvel at the Palau de la Música Catalana, one of Barcelona´s most fabulous modernist buildings.

The Born area is bordered by the Gothic Quarter, the Eixample district and the impressive Ciutadella Park, while remaining near to the Barcelona beaches.
