Being located in Eixample offers the perfect spot to be just a short walk from some of the city´s most iconic sights. For instance, Plaça d´Espanya is just a 12-minute walk away, where you can find the Arenas Shopping Centre complete with many restaurants and shops. The other famous open square in Barcelona is the Plaza Catalunya which is a 20-minute walk away, which gives you access to Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. As for getting fresh produce to cook with, there is the Mercat de Sant Antoni, only an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
