With the beach just a few minutes’ walk away and the city centre easily accessible, it’s a fantastic base to enjoy both the Mediterranean coast and Barcelona’s main attractions.

The living room features a sofa, a TV, and air conditioning, creating a cosy space to relax after a long day. From here, you can step out onto the balcony and soak up the atmosphere of this traditional neighbourhood.

The kitchen shares space with the dining area and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

The Barceloneta area is one of the city’s most authentic districts, famous for its narrow streets, traditional charm, and proximity to the sea. You’ll find everything you need within walking distance: local markets, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and numerous restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine. The seafront promenade connects to Port Vell and the Olympic Port, perfect for walking or cycling, while the Gothic Quarter and El Born are just a short stroll away. With excellent public transport links, you’ll be well connected to the rest of Barcelona.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What´s more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
