This bright 2-bedroom apartment is located in Eixample, in a newly built building from 2021 and includes all the amenities for your stay, including concierge service, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.

The living and dining area includes a sofa and TV and receives plenty of natural light, opening up to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the city atmosphere while taking your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster, and other essential utensils for home cooking. A washing machine is also included for extra convenience. There is synthetic parquet flooring throughout the apartment.

The apartment features two bedrooms, both offering ample storage space for your belongings. There is also a complete bathroom with a shower and WC.

The building also offers concierge service, providing added convenience and assistance during your stay.

Located in the Eixample neighbourhood, the apartment offers excellent public transport connections. The Las Arenas shopping centre and rooftop viewpoint are just a 17-minute walk away. You can also reach Plaça d´Espanya and the MNAC in 17 minutes by metro. Additionally, Sants Station is only a 15-minute metro ride away, giving you easy access to regional trains and long-distance travel throughout the country.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

District

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
