This lovely 3-bedroom apartment in the vibrant neighbourhood of Poble Sec is the ideal space for your stay in Barcelona. Equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, this apartment ensures comfort and connectivity throughout your visit.

The living room opens onto a charming balcony, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space. There is also a TV and a sofa, for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The dining area is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, making it easy for meal preparation.

The apartment features three bedrooms, all with ample storage space to keep your belongings organised. Additionally, there are two complete bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Located in Poble Sec, the apartment is surrounded by local tapas bars, theatres, and cultural hotspots. The Barcelona Aquarium is just a 20-minute metro ride away, and Port Vell can be reached in 12 minutes by metro. For a relaxing stroll, Montjuïc Hill —one of the city´s most iconic viewpoints— is also near the apartment.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the building’s neighbours, and since the apartment is located in a quiet and residential area, it is strictly forbidden to make noise after 10:00 pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in financial penalties and the implementation of additional measures if necessary.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona´s historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona´s nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona ´Broadway´, rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don´t miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this ´barrio´.
