Description

This 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Poble Sec neighborhood, so you´ll be in a lively and cultural area, close to the Montjuïc Mountain. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available, it is the ideal place to spend a few days in the city of Barcelona.

The open-plan living-dining room is bright and has a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, as well as other utensils you might need during your stay. It also has a balcony and a private terrace of 8m², equipped with a table and chairs for you to enjoy breakfast or a meal outdoors.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space to store your belongings. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds. Additionally, one of them has a desk, very useful for working. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower and WC.

Being located in Poble Sec, you can reach the Montjuïc Park and Poble Espanyol in just a few minutes. You´ll also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cafés. Furthermore, thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can explore the rest of the city with complete ease.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the neighbors of the building and since the apartment is located in a quiet, residential area, it is strictly prohibited to make noise after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in financial penalties and additional measures being taken if necessary.

The images, taken with a wide-angle lens, may make spaces appear larger and are for guidance purposes only, so they may not accurately reflect the current condition or include all items (appliances, furniture, kitchenware, or decoration). APPLIANCES: the apartment includes the basic appliances listed in the advertisement. Additional items left by previous guests may also be found. If you choose to use them, please handle them with care, as any damage or loss may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.
