Description

Located in the Poble Sec area, just a short walk from the lively Paral·lel Avenue, this apartment offers a comfortable base to discover Barcelona. The neighbourhood is full of local charm, with Sant Antoni and Las Ramblas also close by, both just a 10-minute walk away. Excellent transport links, including metro and several bus lines, make it easy to move around the city and beyond.

The living room is a welcoming space with a sofa, TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal after a day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the main utensils. Small appliances such as a coffee maker and blender are also available for everyday use.

The apartment features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and storage space. There are also two bathrooms, both with showers, offering practicality and privacy.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and WiFi connection throughout the apartment.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona´s historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona´s nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona ´Broadway´, rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don´t miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this ´barrio´.
