This three-bedroom apartment is located next to Plaça d’Espanya, in the lively Sants neighbourhood. With WiFi connection available, it is the ideal place for an extended stay in Barcelona.

The bright living-dining room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. You will also have access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy the local atmosphere of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, as well as other utensils you may need during your stay. A washing machine and ironing board are also available for added convenience.

The apartment has three double bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed made up of two single beds. The second features bunk beds, ideal for children. Finally, the third bedroom offers two consecutive single beds, providing greater privacy. There are also two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, both with WC.

Located near Plaça d’Espanya, you will be in a lively area close to a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. From here you can easily reach key attractions such as the Las Arenas shopping centre, just 4 minutes from the apartment. You will also be only an 8-minute walk from the iconic Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, where you can enjoy light shows. In addition, you can reach Poble Espanyol in a 12-minute walk to enjoy its architecture inspired by regions across Spain. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can easily explore the rest of the city.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
