The large dining room has a modern design and is ideal for relaxing and socializing after a day in the city. In the living room, there´s a space with a TV and poufs. This comfortable area not only has a spacious dining area, but there is also plenty of space and it opens up directly to the kitchen.

The space gets a lot of natural light thanks to the glass doors leading to the 7m² private terrace of the apartments. On the terrace, there´s another dining table, in addition to the one inside. This open space will give you and your guests the opportunity to dine together outdoors and enjoy the summer in Barcelona as the nights get longer.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it an excellent area for cooking and socializing. The kitchen design continues with the modern interior seen throughout the apartment. Additionally, you’ll find a microwave, oven, and dishwasher as well as all the utensils you need to stay well-stocked and try cooking some Spanish-inspired dishes.

The three bedrooms offer modern, bright, and spacious areas for you and your guests to have a comfortable stay in the city. This apartment has two bathrooms. The first, larger bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub and has everything you´ll need during your stay here. The second bathroom includes a shower cabin and washing machine, ideal for an apartment housing as many guests as this one.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya, it gives you the opportunity to live in a lively area while being away from the city center. This apartment is just 4 minutes from Arenas de Barcelona. This former bullring has been transformed into a shopping center, perfect for a day of shopping therapy. Additionally, you´re only 8 minutes on foot from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, which are iconic in Barcelona, especially in winter when the light shows are on. This is also the location of the major New Year’s Eve fireworks displays, providing the best views. You’re also 12 minutes on foot from Poble Espanyol, a historic ´village´ where you can see architecture inspired by each region of Spain. There are few better areas to stay in Barcelona than here.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
