Located next to Plaza Espanya, you can find this cozy three-bedroom apartment in the lively Sants neighborhood. With WiFi, air conditioning, and central heating, you will have everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona.

The large living and dining room has a charming design and is ideal for relaxing and socializing after a day in the city. In the living room, you´ll find a TV. This comfortable area offers plenty of space and opens directly to the kitchen.

The space receives plenty of natural light due to the glass doors that provide access to the 25m² private terrace. On the terrace, there is another table in addition to the dining table inside. This open space gives you the opportunity to dine outdoors and enjoy the summer in Barcelona as the nights lengthen.

The fully equipped kitchen is a great area to cook your favorite dishes. The kitchen design is modern, just like the rest of the apartment. In addition to this, you´ll find a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils you may need to prepare your meals.

The three bedrooms offer spacious and bright areas that ensure a comfortable stay in the city. This apartment has two bathrooms, both complete with a shower and WC.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya, it gives you the opportunity to live in a lively area while being away from the city center. This apartment is only 4 minutes away from the Arenas de Barcelona. This former bullring has been transformed into a shopping mall, perfect for a day of shopping. You´ll also be just 8 minutes on foot from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, which are iconic in Barcelona, especially in winter when light shows are held. This is also the location of the major fireworks displays on New Year´s Eve, providing you with the best views. You’ll also be a 12-minute walk from the Poble Espanyol, a historic “town” where you can see architecture inspired by each region of Spain. It’s one of the best areas to stay in Barcelona.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
