Situated next to Plaza España, you will find this cozy three-bedroom apartment in the lively neighborhood of Sants. With WiFi, air conditioning, and central heating, you will have everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona.

The large living and dining area has a beautiful design and is ideal for relaxing and socializing after a day in the city. It also benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to the balcony. The living room features a space with a TV and poufs. This comfortable area is spacious and opens directly onto the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen is an excellent space for cooking and socializing. The kitchen design continues the cozy interior style seen throughout the apartment. In addition, you will find a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils you need to stay well supplied and try Spanish-inspired dishes.

All three bedrooms are modern, bright, and spacious, ensuring you and your guests enjoy a comfortable stay in the city. The first bedroom has a double bed made up of two single beds. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children. Finally, the third bedroom offers two consecutive beds, providing a bit of privacy.

This apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom is the largest and comes fully equipped with a bathtub, offering everything you need during your stay. The second bathroom features a shower cabin and a washing machine, ideal for an apartment that accommodates many guests.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya gives you the opportunity to live in a lively area, away from the city center. The apartment is just 4 minutes from Las Arenas de Barcelona, a former bullring now converted into a shopping center, perfect for a day of shopping. You are also only an 8-minute walk from the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, iconic in Barcelona, especially in winter when the light shows are active. This is also the location of the main New Year’s Eve fireworks, offering the best views. Additionally, you are a 12-minute walk from Poble Espanyol, a historic “village” showcasing architecture inspired by all regions of Spain. There is no better area in Barcelona to stay than this.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
