Description

This spacious 5-bedroom apartment is located in the Poble-sec neighbourhood. With Wi-Fi and air conditioning available, it is the perfect place to spend a few days in Barcelona.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table. This area is connected to the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find an oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the other essentials you may need. A washing machine and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

The apartment has five bedrooms, each offering ample storage space for your belongings. Two of the bedrooms also include a desk, making them ideal for working remotely. There are also two full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and WC.

The apartment is situated in Poble-sec, providing easy access to some of Barcelona´s most popular attractions. Thanks to its excellent public transport links, you can explore the rest of the city with ease. Montjuïc is within walking distance, where you can enjoy spectacular views over Barcelona. The famous Plaça d´Espanya is just a 12-minute journey by metro, and you´ll also find a wide selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: Construction works are currently taking place in the commercial premises on the ground floor of the building, so some noise may be heard during working hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona´s historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona´s nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona ´Broadway´, rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don´t miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this ´barrio´.

The area provides easy access to the attractions of Barcelona and its surrounding areas by public transportation, so choosing an apartment in Poble Sec is ideal for those looking to stay in an energetic area, with plenty to see and do close by.
