Description

This apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located in Paral·lel in the Poble Sec neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre, the beach and Montjuïc. Paral·lel is full of restaurants, cafés and bars and, although it is slightly away from the main tourist area, it still offers a central location.

The entire apartment features stunning exposed brick walls, neutral décor and charming furniture. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is complemented by a huge floor-to-ceiling glass door that stretches across the width of the room, filling the space with natural light and leading to the large 33m² rooftop terrace. The terrace measures over 33 square metres and is equipped with outdoor furniture including sun loungers and a large dining table with chairs, so you can relax in the sun or enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends. The terrace even features an outdoor shower, ideal after sunbathing or returning from the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer and pots and pans. Prepare your favourite meals and enjoy them at the round dining table before relaxing on the sofa watching TV. 

The bedrooms enjoy plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. All of them have single beds, flat-screen TVs and plenty of storage space. There are also two well-lit bathrooms with large showers and plenty of storage space.

The apartment also includes a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and internet, as well as air conditioning and central heating, making it an ideal option at any time of the year.

District

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona´s historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona´s nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona ´Broadway´, rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don´t miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this ´barrio´.
