This fantastic apartment in Barcelona is located in the central Poble Sec neighbourhood, just 5 minutes from the main tourist attractions of the city, including Las Ramblas. It is easily connected to the rest of the city’s points of interest thanks to a metro and bus stop located right outside the building. Also nearby are Plaça Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach the beach in just 5 minutes by bus.

There are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the area, as well as theatres, nightclubs and shopping centres. The apartment is very spacious and features renovated furniture and a doorbell with a camera.

Guests can access the property through a card-reading entry system. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, allowing up to 9 people to stay. Each room has its own satellite TV with 900 international channels, which can be controlled independently. The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials, allowing you to prepare your favourite homemade meals in the comfort of this apartment.

A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available for your convenience. This fantastic apartment also includes air conditioning with independently adjustable heating pumps to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona´s historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona´s nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona ´Broadway´, rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don´t miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this ´barrio´.
