Located in the charming El Born district, you´re just a 2-minute walk from the stunning Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and only 9 minutes on foot from Parc de la Ciutadella, ideal for a morning jog, picnic, or boat ride on the lake. For those who love buying on local markets, the vibrant Mercat de Santa Caterina is just a 6-minute walk away, offering fresh and local produce.
