The apartment has been designed respecting the traditional local architecture, with exposed ceiling beams and original brick and stone walls that give it a warm and authentic character. The studio-style space integrates a sleeping area, kitchen and dining area, with large windows that fill the space with natural light during the day and create a cozy atmosphere at night.

It features a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower and WC, and has been finished with quality materials and neutral tones, ensuring comfort and practicality.

The sunny communal terrace is one of the highlights of this penthouse. A space where you can relax outdoors, read, sunbathe or simply enjoy the stunning panoramic views over the sea and the Barcelona coastline.

Due to its location, this apartment is ideal for those who wish to experience the city authentically. Barceloneta is a seaside neighborhood full of character, known for its maritime atmosphere, historic narrow streets, and a wide selection of traditional bars, terraces and restaurants. Within walking distance you will also find Port Vell, Ciutadella Park and El Born.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is located on the fifth floor according to the usual building layout in Barcelona, although it corresponds to a real sixth floor. The building does not have an elevator.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What´s more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
