Description

This two bedroom apartment is based in the heart of the Sants district, in the shadow of the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc. It offers space for four people and has a balcony giving you incredible views over the district of Sants- Montjuïc. The apartment has everything from air conditioning to a TV and WIFI to ensure you can feel at home during your stay with us.

In the living room there is a modern feel, which is seen through the bright colours and wooden flooring. Next to this space, you will find the balcony, allowing you to relax and take in the scenery of Sants-Montjuïc.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the bright and spacious fully-equipped kitchen and dining area to use for all your meal times. In this part of the apartment, aside from all your utensils, there will be a microwave, toaster and coffee maker, which will allow you to start your day off well with a good breakfast.

The two bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds, with bed linen and towels provided for your comfort. They all offer lots of natural light and give off a spacious feel. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with shower.

The incredible location of this apartment is located only a 7 minute walk from the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and only an 8 minute walk from the Plaza España which is perfect for a day of shopping, sight- seeing and exploring. It is also just 20 minute walk to the Parc de Montjuïc which is filled with beautiful green gardens, museums and cultural centres. The Sants neighbourhood itself is less crowded by tourism making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Barcelona without being overwhelmed by tourists.

BEFORE BOOKING: we recommend visiting the apartment to fully appreciate it in person. The images have been taken with a wide-angle lens to better show the space, which may make it appear larger. In ordinary mid-term rentals, this service is not included, although it can be booked before arrival. Please also note that the apartment has been used by several guests, so it may show normal signs of wear and tear.

District

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona´s biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d´Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona´s city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
