Built in 1900, the building showcases a remarkable façade and intricate architectural details. Being located in the heart of Barcelona offers excellent public transport connections, making it easy to move around the city. The Parc de la Ciutadella and Arc de Triomf are both under a 25-minute metro journey away, while the iconic Teatre del Liceu is just a short 5-minute walk, providing the perfect base to experience the city’s vibrant culture and history.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city´s neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. With a constantly bustling atmosphere, the liveliness of the street that can be seen throughout the day goes on into the night as the number of bars and clubs around the area make it popular for those looking to experience Barcelona´s fantastic nightlife.

A walk down one of the many side streets off Las Ramblas provides a quieter scene where you will find many restaurants offering typical Spanish cuisine, such as paella and sangria.

As the street is situated right in the city centre, you will find several metro stops conveniently located on Las Ramblas, so you will always be able to travel around the city with ease from your apartment in Barcelona.
