The bright living room features large windows that fill the space with natural light and open onto a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere of the city. The space is highlighted by beautiful wooden beam ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a washer.

The bedroom offers ample storage space, providing everything you need to feel at home. As well as a complete bathroom featuring a shower and WC.

Set in a historic building dating back to 1900, designed by the renowned architect Domènec i Montaner, this apartment boasts stunning details, including its beautiful façade, decorative ceilings, and elegant columns. The location is unbeatable, with Plaza Real nearby and Teatre del Liceu just a 4-minute metro ride away. You can also easily reach La Pedrera and Casa Batlló within 15 minutes by metro, or enjoy a leisurely 16-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. This apartment offers the perfect mix of modern amenities and Barcelona’s rich architectural heritage.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city´s neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. With a constantly bustling atmosphere, the liveliness of the street that can be seen throughout the day goes on into the night as the number of bars and clubs around the area make it popular for those looking to experience Barcelona´s fantastic nightlife.

A walk down one of the many side streets off Las Ramblas provides a quieter scene where you will find many restaurants offering typical Spanish cuisine, such as paella and sangria.

As the street is situated right in the city centre, you will find several metro stops conveniently located on Las Ramblas, so you will always be able to travel around the city with ease from your apartment in Barcelona.
