This duplex apartment is located in a semi-pedestrian area in the tranquil and traditional neighbourhood of Sant Andreu. With WiFi connection, air conditioning, and a private terrace, it is the perfect place to spend a few months in the beautiful city of Barcelona.

The apartment features an open-plan design, connecting the living room and kitchen. Within this space you will find a sofa, TV, and dining table, making it the perfect space to relax.

As for cooking in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. There is also another room equipped with a single bed, situated in the loft overlooking the lower bedroom. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC.

A private terrace is also located on the roof of the property, which allows you to take full advantage of Barcelona´s excellent weather.

Furthermore, the area is full of delightful restaurants, bars, and cafés, providing ample opportunities to immerse yourself in the city´s remarkable cuisine and culture.

District

The district of Sant Andreu is located in the northeast of Barcelona. Like other neighbourhoods in the city, the area was once separate from Barcelona, until it became annexed to the Catalan capital at the end of the 19th century. This means those staying in the district will undoubtedly come across its small town ambience, especially when wandering around its charming streets and squares like the quaint Plaça del Mercadal.

Today Sant Andreu is mainly a residential area of Barcelona, but with plenty of commercial zones such as Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, as well as shopping centres such as the Maquinista centre which also provides a variety of leisure activities.

Another distinguishing feature of Sant Andreu is its excellent public transport system, linking the district to the city centre of Barcelona and all its major attractions.
