This recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment is located in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, north of Barcelona, easily accessible thanks to the metro stop just 300 meters away. The apartment features WiFi, air conditioning, and a large private terrace, making it the ideal place to spend a few days in the city.

The living room is designed to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. This space is completed with a sofa and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing or working from home, if that´s what you wish.

The fully equipped kitchen is next to the living room. Here you’ll find all the utensils you may need, as well as an oven and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Next to this space, you´ll find the dining table and chairs for meal times.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, both of which open through sliding doors and have access to the large private terrace. These bedrooms offer plenty of natural light and have storage space. There is one full bathroom in the apartment with a shower, toilet, and bidet.

The large 36m² private outdoor terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and sunbeds, perfect for enjoying the outdoors at any time of the year. Additionally, the apartment has a gym room with machines and a private ping-pong room.
