Being located in Sants gives you a quiet area for you and your guests to enjoy. This charming two-bedroom apartment is recently renovated and has enough space for up to 3 guests. Its bright and modern interior is very welcoming and makes it easy for guests to feel at home. In addition to this, you can enjoy WiFi and air conditioning in the living room.

The living space of this apartment is a large room where you will find the dining area and kitchen. This space has a modern decoration with wooden details, which can be seen in the furniture throughout the apartment.

The living dining room of this apartment consists of a sofa, TV and dining table, making it a comfortable space where you and your guests can relax after a day of sightseeing. There is also plenty of natural light that enters through the window and the glass door, which leads to an outdoor patio facing the center of the building, where you can find the laundry area.

The kitchen is a compact space located in the corner of the apartment. It has the essential elements you need to cook a Spanish-inspired dish, such as a microwave, a large fridge and a coffee maker. In addition to this, with a toaster and kettle you can prepare breakfast for the next day.

Up to two people can stay in the first bedroom, with its double bed in this bright and cozy space. Its privacy is also guaranteed by the sliding door, which separates the room from the rest of the apartment in a unique style. The second bedroom is a single bedroom with the same decoration and its own wardrobe space for your belongings. With a modern bathroom, it has an artistic touch in its geometric pattern. Most importantly, the walk-in shower creates a clean space in the apartment.

Being located in the Sants area, you can enjoy the benefits of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, while still being a short walking distance. Just 15 minutes on foot from Plaza España. This is known for its transport links to the airport, the Arenas de Barcelona shopping center and the Montjuïc fountain and castle. If you like shopping, you will be pleased to know that it is a 23-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia, a street known for its designer shops. Alternatively, you can walk to the Sants train station which you will reach in 10 minutes and enjoy a day trip to a nearby coastal town.

District

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d´Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic ´Woman and Bird´ sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
