The integrated and fully equipped kitchen is designed to make everyday life easier. It features practical storage, built-in appliances, and a comfortable preparation area. A separate cupboard houses the washer and dryer, adding convenience during your stay.

The apartment has three bedrooms, all following a calm and functional style. Two include double beds and a desk area, ideal for working or reading. The third bedroom, with a single bed, offers storage space and a desk. The full bathroom includes a spacious shower and natural ventilation thanks to a window.
