This is my second booking through AB, and both were exactly as advertised. Places were clean with all necessities, and getting in and out was very easy and efficient. Prices are reasonable, lower than, for example, Booking. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall, awesome experience and great value for money.

We konden het appartement niet vinden. Op de laatste dag had ik pas door dat op de app van de sleuten ook navigatie te zien was. Het was handig als ze ons dat in kantoor verteld hadden, omdat ik daar de route heb gevraagd. En zelfs in het gebouw vonden we het niet want we dachten dat de 1e verdieping ook de 1e trap was. Misschien een bordje aan de buitendeur?

Only bad thing was street construstion and noise in the morrning. Everything alse was perfect.Thank you.

The communication was excellent before, during and after. The flat itself clean and fully staffed. We are satisfied. Digital keys were working well.
