Located just a short walk from the stunning Sagrada Familia, this two-bedroom apartment is perfect for up to 3 guests. With WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, you’ll stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay.

The bright and spacious living-dining area features a sofa, dining table and TV — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Barcelona. The highlight of this apartment is the private terrace with a seating area and sun umbrella where you can enjoy the Mediterranean weather.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including an oven, microwave and kettle.

The main bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables and storage space. It stays cozy in winter thanks to the radiator. The second bedroom also offers a double bed.

The bathroom includes a shower, WC and essentials. Please note that the space is compact.

Ideally located near La Rambla and Passeig de Gràcia, and only 5 minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Familia. You’re also 14 minutes from the Mercat Els Encants and 12 minutes from La Monumental, a historic bullring now used for concerts and cultural events.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: Only families and guests over 35 years old may book this apartment. Parties are not allowed and guests must respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 10:00 AM). Some furniture may differ slightly from the photos due to recent upgrades.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Eixample is Catalan for ´extension´, meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of ´Modernisme´ architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí´s unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood´s convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
