Die Probleme an den Digital Key zu kommen haben zu nervigen Verlust an Zeit geführt (ca. 1 h). Dass es mit .de-Emails häufig zu Problemen führt, könnte man gerne proaktiv vorab kommunizieren. Nach dem Wasseraustritt im Badezimmer wäre ein Nachhaken bzw. Erscheinung eines Wartungsteam angebracht gewesen.

There was a problem with deposit while booking. It took a lot of time to figure out that issue using WhatsApp and email. It was only resolved after a direct phone call the day before our arrival.
