Easy to communicate and quick response time- only thing I didn’t love was all the automated messages. Would have liked if it was a real person I was talking to sometimes.

Very good. Also we were expecting some sort of regular cleaning to be provided which was not there. I understand that we should take it as an apartment and not a service apartment.
