AB Apartment Barcelona offers three types of cancellation policy for its guests (flexible, moderate, and strict). The cancellation policy for long stays applies to all the reservations that are 32 days or more in duration. In the apartment details on our website, found when you have entered the dates of your stay, the type of cancellation policy for the apartment is clearly indicated. Guests can cancel their reservation, as long as they send an email to our reservations department.
Flexible: Complete refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the original time of reservation. After this time, the prepayment cannot be refunded, but instead it can be used to change the dates of the reservation according to the availability of the apartment and with a minimum of 10 days before the start date of the reservation.
